all images are the property of the vendor and are protected by copyright laws.

 

Original works:

original paintings are directly from the artist’s studio and may well contain paint marks on the back which will be hidden once hung or framed. All art works come unframed unless otherwise specified. Please discuss with Helen if you would like a piece framed.

 

Refund policy:

should you be dissatisfied with a piece you have ordered for any reason, please contact the vendor within 20 days of the receipt of purchase to discuss and organise a return and replacement or refund equal to the total purchase price.

 

Privacy policy:

any personal details provided by the purchaser are used solely for the purpose of processing and completing an order.

 

Dispatch of orders:

when ordering prints or products, please allow time for the reproduction process. Once dispatched, orders within Australia should arrive 3-6 business days in accordance with Australia Post predictions. 

 

Shipping:

prices within Australia vary in accordance with package size and weight. Australia Post flat rate packaging under 5kg is currently between $10 and $25.
